Clients include Disney, Celebration, WCI, Bonita Bay, the Villages, Ameris bank, and Ritz Carlton.
John has been an executive with several leading developers responsible for investments, development, sales, and financing relations. Mr. Bielefeldt graduated from Cornell University (BS Economics/Marketing) and is a licensed broker in FL and GA.

Mr. DiNicola has more than 35 years of experience in residential sales and development. He has extensive experience in land acquisitions, development, and investor programs. Al has worked with Public and Private developments including many of the top projects including Bonita Bay, WCI, Mediterra, Miromar lakes, Pelican Bay, and Babcock Ranch. Mr. DiNicola has been involved with the development and sales of over 75 projects, 5,000 units, and $5 Billion in sales.
Al is a past president of the Naples Board of Realtors and considered an expert in residential sales and commercial investments. Mr. Dinicola is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and a member of FINRA and places investors into real estate DSTs and 1031 investments.
Mr. DiNicola has been a speaker at IMN, Opal, and NAHB conferences.

Mr. Partin has over 35 years of experience in investment sales, development, and residential marketing with a focus on single-family residential ground-up development and investor programs. He has been involved with over 150 successful real estate projects with a sellout value of over $7 Billion in Canada and Florida.
Mark is an expert in deal structure, foreign buyers, capital markets, and bank workouts.
